There probably is a serious self-esteem issue going on here.

I always felt bad for Jennifer Grey, she was so adorable before that rhinoplasty made her look like half the women in Hollywood…bland, not distinctive at all and unrecognizable.

In that case I’d go with pic 1, at least she appears happy in it and maybe down for a meal, a chat and a drink.

The 2nd pic shows evidence of too much plastic surgery which I view as a sign of personality or mental disorder…I’d run away from this Lady😳

No but she got as close as she could, you could tell she was trying to go for that, she went and told the surgeon "Get me as close to my sisters as you can pronto".

BEFORE, easily. OP picked a not great picture of her, but Khloe before she went nuts and got surgery was an attractive woman. She even had personality, as her appearances filling in for Chelsea Handler on her show demonstrated. Now she looks like a mannequin.
