Where is all this Jack Black crap coming from? I'm a huge fan of both these guys and I don't see it. (I started with Jack in the early days of the D and Adam back when Mail Order Comedy first came about)

i agree with the OP. I guess 1 reason would be they both talk like, I don't want to say yelling, but exerting as much force. That sounds really stupid, can't think of a way to explain it better. it's just a similarity it's not like the OP is insulting him or calling him ripoff.

To those that do not see it, pay close attention in Pitch Perfect near the end when his character announces that he's leaving the group for a California opportunity. He pretty much IS Jack Black in that scene. (which is not a good thing for Mr DeVine)

Definitely. Glad someone else noticed it too. I thought they may be brothers but I guess Adam just thinks too much of a good thing cannot hurt.

Adam is a bad immitation of jack black. Watching pitch perfect it was cringey !

My daughter is watching "Uncle Grandpa". Adam does the voice of Pizza Steve. I think every time this show is on I go to IMDb to see if it's Jack Black. It's much easier to hear the similarity from cartoons, especially if you aren't watching it.
