nasally voice


his voice sounds unusually nasally in these Allstate commercials. I mean he does have that kinda snout that would make a person have more nasal sounding vocals.

Just idk what Allstate is tryin to do with him, it makes people start to think, 'uh oh, lil stocky dude from the indie comedy movies and Workaholics was a new thing just last year is already bein recycled in a last ditch effort with Allstate Insurance commercials.. yowch' ;0

well don't forget JK Simmons is doing State Farm ads; George Clooney pitches Nexpresso. Ed O'Neill is the voiceover for some pharmaceutical product; Ty Burrell pitches various commercials; and Sarah Hyland pitches my tent.

But I do agree with your assessment - the nasally voice is like an attempt at sarcasm mixed with Jack Black derision, then watered down to not be too annoying. I just don't get the appeal of the guy and his character on MF was completely implausible.
