The next exploitation of Hollywood

It sickens me to hear a so-called director try to justify undressing a 14 year old for the sake of "shakespeare". Call it whatever you want. But the bottom line is unethical. The director just wants to exploit another child for the sake of attention and profit. And this girl will become the next Hollywood trash. Clearly we don't have any real parents in the world anymore. The next thing that could happen to this girl is to yank her out of the spotlight and give her a normal life of a kid. Fame is another word for whore.

I am unsure of what you're trying to say here.

Yeah, give us some context please.

Um, do we even know there will be any nudity or sex scenes or whatever people are complaining about?

Please, the exact same things can be said of any young actress in Hollywood. Hailee strikes me as an exceptionally kind hearted and intelligent young lady who is currently having fantastic success and will continue to amaze audiences with her talent. It's blatantly unfair and simply unrealistic to compare her to the likes of Lindsay Lohan. Hailee has a bright future ahead of her and she possesses the good sense to choose her roles wisely. There is no exploitation involved in the slightest.

No, I heard that when they were first doing the casting for Romeo and Juliet, they were intending for an older actress for the part of Juliet because they were planning to put sex scenes in it. But when they made the decision to cast Hailee as Juliet, they scrapped the sex and nudity they were originally planning. Hope that helped clear things up!
