Why isn't he playing The Flash in the Justice League? I'm sick of recasting on superhero movies already!

It's not recasting. The film and tv universes are seperate.

First tv and film are different. Second the director had said that the film is much darker than the TV film and thats why they are cast differently. The flash (tv) is more family friendly/light hearted.
