The pic has a nice article to go with it that reveals some interesting tidbits. Like the fact that Ender is supposed to be 12.

Also, to tie in with the blue eyes discussion: color scheme here seems to be favoring someone with blue eyes (just as Hugo did, which also was composed roughly in blue and yellow or rather teal and amber/brown)
