Now out of the running for Spider-Man
He's apparently now out of the running for the role of Spider-Man, as he blabbed about possibly getting the role before it had been confirmed. It's a shame, as I think he would have been great.

shareHe said he was 6'0 tall. He never said anything about Spiderman.
If he is indeed out of the running, it's probably because he's 6'0 tall at the age of 18, and they're afraid he might get too tall.

Agreed. I'm bummed.
shareI thought he'd be a shoe-in.

As did I.
shareToo tall? I mean, maybe if you're portraying a teen boy, 5'11 is too tall. But he is 18, and people stop growing around their early 20s so I doubt they took that into consideration when not casting him. He was probably just not the ideal choice for whatever reason, probably after the screen tests with RDJ and Chris Evans.
shareI still wish it was him, Holland will do good though.
Lose the Game!!!!!!!
Maybe Asa would be good for Harry Osbourne or another Marvel hero or illin' villain.
