I think it's mostly because he grew so fast. He grew two inches filming that movie. But he does have a naturally thin figure it looks like.
shareBeing lean and toned is a great frame but his frame is beyond sick looking- he has zero muscle of any kind.

Yeah just saw him in Peculiar Children. I know skinny people but his figure is uncomfortably skinny.
I love him in Hugo, he was cute there.
I think he's just naturally skinny.
