Haters

I'm curious as to why there are so many people who post on this site simply to knock TJ and the work that he is doing. How many of you have been in major Hollywood film, much less one that set the January box office record? I just wonder how many of how many of you are bitter actors or nerds who just blog about stuff they hate all day. And if you aren't one of those two why do you even care. I know him very well and I can say that he is one of the funniest and most caring guys I have ever met. And to all those people who post about him being a douche in HS, why dont you stop being such sensitive nancys and start living in the present. Then maybe you can make something of your life like TJ. I find it sad that people find pleasure in knocking down someone who simply wants to make others laugh.

P.S. He wears a toupee.

Couldn't have said it better myself. TJ is such a great friend. I don't get to see him that often, yet he always wants to stay in touch. He truly values friendships and the people around. He's not taking his success for granted. He's so amazingly talented, genuinely sweet, and has a bright future ahead of him.

Haters to the left... and off a cliff.

It only set the record because of the viral marketing and advertising. It's why advertisers get paid the big bucks. This movie is the only movie I have ever went on imdb to complain about. At first, I thought it was his character that he played that was annoying, but that proved to be false once I seen a few videos he did online. Annoying the hell out of people isn't comedy. Sorry to tell you this, but being an entertainer you are asking to get harassed. You put yourself out there and you'll either get idolized or vilified. Why do you think so many people in Hollywood get depressed, overdose and euthanize themselves. Who knows maybe one day he will become an auspicious actor. I seen a hell of alot worse rise to the top.

Obviously i don't hate him in real life. Im sure he's a good guy etc but I just hated his character in Cloverfield. He wasn't funny at all and just annoyed the life out of me with his inappropriatness. If this is his own material then i can only suggest maybe going back to packing batteries?

I actually did not know that the was on Cloverfield until I watched Carpoolers. xD That is so weird. I was like wtf u know what voice and then I remembered that it was him...

I really like him but I think I have to watch Cloverfield again and pay more attention to his comments.

He has such a hilarious character on carpoolers. I love it when he does stuff you don't expect. And the way he talks - it is just priceless. I hope he is doing some more stuff in the future.

Loving it!

It is weird how some of you really don't like him. But he's in like 5 movies coming out in the next year, so maybe in one of them he will make you laugh. I've seen his stand-up and he makes it really clear that all he wants is to make people laugh and be happy even for a short while, and doubt it was his intention to make anyone annoyed during Cloverfield, that was his character and he tried to make it funny. I thought it was pretty funny, especially for a horror/thriller. Anyway, let's be nice to him. He already has a drinking problem and suffers from depression, anxiety, claustrophobia, homophobia, and phobophobia.

He isn't funny. That's the gist of it.
