First, she's a 23-year old woman, she's been legally able to do nude scenes for five years.

Second, she only plays a teenager. See the point above. IRL she's in her early 20's.

Third; SHE'S AN ACTRESS! Different roles call for different things. Hell, she appeared on an Emmy-nominated series, that was probably a huge boost for her career.

They were just breasts, get over it people!
