Melissa has put on some weight....but....

Well she's likely gaining some muscle mass these days (all things considered.. she was fairly fit before but likely not as active as she has to be with this show) Explains the extra weight (or appearance of it anyway..)

She does look great tho yep.

Exactly! A LOT more weight on all these girls! They look so much healthier and prettier with real weight on them.

I think she looks perfect. 

Stop trying to imply being fat is acceptable. She went from an average fit chick to a slightly muscular fit chick. Seriously gtfo.

lol.. uh.. I don't think the OP was trying to imply any such thing. Most of her fans have likely noticed she's beefed up some and it DOES look good on her. 

People.... she hasn't put on weight at all, she pretty healthy, don't forget on the Supergirl show. She has a muscle padding suit under her costume for the shoulders and arms to make her look bigger.

Interesting. First off... She does look pretty great. Specially in costume. Regardless of weight.

However, one thing constantly perplexes me: whenever she's in trousers she almost ALWAYS looks like she has a little bit of a Buddha.

Then, in costume...Bounce-a-coin-off-her-belly flat.

Very perplexing.

She's in her late 20's. Metabolism is slowing and body fat is imminent unless the person is on a real workout program. Still pretty good granted, she hadn't had children. Not that she isn't gorgeous ( I do find her very attractive) but I'd wager they had to remake the costume to refit her.
