I feel like I stumbled upon the Sam Worthington board, circa 2010-2012

There aren't many threads where people haven't compared the two

The comparisons are inevitable since Jai Courtney is essentially a reboot/remake of Sam Worthington, but even if you took out the comparisons, it is the same exact criticisms: wooden, dull, unlikable, boring, undeserving of so many roles, etc. Some of the things said on here are taken verbatim from Worthington's board. it is just amusing because apparently Hollywood didn't learn the first time that audiences aren't receptive to these types of leading men. I guess they didn't think we noticed that Courtney is the younger and cheaper version.

Except, at least in my two cents, Sam Worthington proved he had talent in some of the smaller dramas he was in, plus his was the one genuinely worthwhile performance in "Salvation".
