I've enjoyed Sarah Greene's work since Vikings. She's talented and uniquely beautiful.
Is anyone else excited to see her on Penny Dreadful?
She is apparently playing Evelyn Poole (the Big Bad's) daughter Hecate. From the Promo's it appears her character is going to be blind.
IMO, she is almost surely good (unlike her mother), and she is going to probably stick around to be a love interest for Victor Frankenstein in season 3.

What makes you think her character will be blind? She doesn’t appear in the trailer…
If you pause the trailer during the moment where Hecate is touching Caliban's face, it's clear that her eyes are wide and unseeing, very much making her appear blind. If you pause the trailer during this moment, it seems very much she is going to be blind. She also appears to be running her hand down Caliban's face to see what he looks like, in the way that blind people will "feel" someone's face.
Furthermore, a few articles have been written about "the girl in the trailer" (who is clearly Sarah Greene as Hecate) being blind.
That's not Sarah.

I doubt she's going to be good after watching last week.
