She looks like a normal girl ... in Hollywood ... in a hit TV show. How did this happen?

She plays her character perfectly.
And it's refreshing to see the depth of acting skill she brings to her character.
She doesn't have very many lines, but she really doesn't need them.
She can get across in facial expressions and body language what most actresses out there would need a two minute monologue to convey.
Very impressive so far.
Except she's extremely hot and that's one way it happend, she also seems like a good actress.

Have seen Emily Rose on interviews and she does seem refreshingly honest and true to herself and her craft. Her bio says that she got her Bachelor's Degree in Theater and her Master of Fine Arts in Acting at UCLA. (MFA degree takes 3 years and you have to audition for one of the few slots the program has.) That would be 7 years of professional study not to mention all the actual experience on stage and camera during that time -- no wonder she has a quality and depth about her beyond her beautiful looks!
