Um what does that have to do with how good a person is suited for a role? Do they make sure that all actors and actresses exactly resemble their cartoon counterparts? From the previews, I feel she is going to be amazing at the role. Are you equally against every single fire nation person? As all the actors are darker, and in the cartoon they are very pasty-white. Also, Princess Yue is supposed to be pale with white hair, not be tan with blonde hair. The point is, a face does not define how "suitable" someone is to a role. Where were you when they made a black man as the King Pin in Daredevil?

Between the lips, nose and eyes I think she looks a lot like Katara, only the skintone is off. But Katara is rather dark, you'll be hard pressed to find someone with that skintone AND Katara's facial features (who can also act).

I think they decided that it was best to have each nation look different in the movies instead of trying to make them look exactly like in the cartoon. Because in the cartoon the watertribe has a darker skin but caucasian features. The fireclan has a white skin and asian features. They went with the features and not the skintone. They could have gone the other route but someone else (me to be precise) would have complained about that.

Worst choice for Katara! Fail!
