Father bump
Seems that she made it into the movie scene due to her father's influence.

shareI'm sure she did but her big "break" was The Last Airbender, direct my M Knight Trainwreck, it seems her daddy sabotaged her.
shareWithout question. Her father is Nelson Peltz, the billionaire investor. Her family has so much money, they make max-contract NBA players look poor by comparison. When people think of the mega-rich they think of entertainers like Beyonce and JayZ, or actors like Tom Cruise...but they're not even in the same league as financial guys like Peltz.
When Nicola Peltz was younger, there were leaked media stories about how she terrorized the servants in her house and would have maids and nannies fired if she didn't like them or they didn't do what she told them to do. Imagine that, having a pre-teen girl boss you around and fire you because the mashed potatoes were too lumpy or the pillows weren't fluffed right.
So yeah, the daughter of a billionaire, who by the way made most of his money by taking over companies and firing people, wanted to be a movie star, so daddy went ahead and bought her a film career.
i thought it was her grandfather that was the billionaire.
edit: you're right. her father is the billionaire.
i wouldn't buy those "leaked" stories if i were you. people like nicola (pretty, super rich) tend to fall prey to these false narratives manufactured with the sole purpose to spread lies and deceit about her character and life. and it's all because someone hates the fact that she has everything they have ever wanted and the only way they can deal with this anger inside them is by getting others to hate her as well on a false premise. not that she even cares if anyone hates her. why should she? don't believe everything you read.😊
Yeah, it's really hard to feel much sympathy for this woman. It really does seem evident that her father has bought her a movie career and it is hard not to conclude that this is a woman raised with an incredible sense of entitlement. It also looks like her mother is the classical "trophy wife/second wife" stereotype. Most of Ms. Peltz's siblings are half-siblings and her Mom is a former model. It's a cliché.
shareHer father is a rich Jew with Hollywood connections. Her mother is a non-Jew but trophy hot. That's basically the perfect storm to make it in Hollywood.
