Nebula

If you have not seen Karen Gillan as Nebula then do yourself a favor and look it up. The make-up and practical effects are astonishing. I think that when the marketing for Guardians of the Galaxy hits its stride, and people who are not familiar with the movie or the characters start to find out more, and are able to see how amazing Karen Gillan is as Nebula, there will be a lot of deserved hype for this movie. If it is half as good as the practical effects that went into Nebula, then this is going to be the movie of the summer and Nebula will be the best new villain.

See? I told me so.

Why this board is not being inundated with comments is beyond me. Beyond me, I say!

I'd rather see her naked.

I just saw the movie this afternoon and I liked Gillan's performance and the great make-up work she had.

She doesn't have much screen time but you can tell when an actor is good when they make you care about the character even with their brief appearance.

I thought she was good aswell but yeah very underused and I didn't like her last scenes in the film as you weren't really sure what happened to Bebula after she fell.

I hope she is featured in the sequel.

Nebula dropped from the Dark Aster onto a Ravager fighter, threw out its pilot then escaped before Ronan fought the Guardians.

And I would imagine she returned to Thanos immediately after. Ronan and Korath having died as well as Gamora betraying Thanos, I'm sure she was looking to take advantage of the power vacuum and get in Thanos' good graces -- if that were possible -- so that she could be the one to make a move against him later down the road.

I liked how she fixed herself up from a broken pile of bones.
