He/she/it REALLY wanted to say that this woman is THE most hideous human being, but lacked both the reasons and the guts to back that absurd statement; so he/she/it tried to hedge the verbal bet that his/her/its brain was unable to, you know, actually cash by wimpily saying “she’s ONE OF the most hideous.” Not surprisingly, the OP lacks the cognitive tools to pull this off. Here’s how to do it: “She is (one of) the most hideous human being(s).” Which raises the question: why would I countenance an argument from an idiot?
