WTF... the guy is barely 21 and they want him to be Batman. Batman doesn't even exist til Bruce comes back from training in his late 20s to form that identity. No joke. They are going for an OC Justice League.

Actually, they weren't. He had plans to do the role. I don't know if it's scheduling with another movie that's going to interfere, or what happened, or if he's still involved. It WAS confirmed he'd been slated to do the part, though.

The writers strike and other factors killed the movie in 2007, but Armie was cast and even had the suit made for him.
