Im pretty sure he's straight. I read his comments about Henry Cavill, but I mean, c'mon, you'd have to be crazy not to have a crush on that man. Even my "homophobe" husband has a crush on Henry Cavill.
shareThis is actually a very funny post. My friend Kate worked with Armie back in 2007 on trapped in an elevator flick also starring Hammer. I met her on set just north of Pasadena. I spoke to Armie Hammer briefly at a cocktail bar the crew went to after shooting. No doubt he was a gay hipster then. Its OK to be gay but probably not a smart career move. I see in resent interviews that he keeps stressing he is Jewish too.
shareThere's an online article right now that was on Yahoo detailing Armie's "downtime" hanging with his "buddy" after divorcing his wife. None of the descriptions insinuate that he's gone gay and the article is written purely as personality propaganda making Armie look like a regular guy just finding some downtime with his "bud".
It's interesting that he was so eager to bring up his Jewishness but I guess it's because he looks so damn Aryan/Nazi/Northern European I think he feels isolated by his more hobbit-haired and swarthy tribal members?
