Why would she trade Atlas Shrugged for The Lucky One?

I really liked her in Atlas Shrugged Part 1 and wish she had finished the trilogy. She's beautiful and pulled off the role very well. It appears that she had rather be a co-star girlfriend to Zac Efron than to the leading character in a timeless trilogy. Was she afraid of being black listed by Hollywood?

I've only seen Atlas Shrugged part 1.

And while I haven't seen the second yet, unless the sequel as a HUGE improvement over the first one, I doubt it would be considered a "timeless trilogy."

Well, I've got news for you pal, you ain't leadin' but two things: Jack and sh*t and Jack left town

maybe she didn't want to waste time on any pathetic rand movies if other work was available

I liked AS, but I would hardly call it "timeless." Plus there's the fact that when she signed on to The Lucky One, there were no guarantees AS2 would even be made. Hell, there are no guarantees AS3 will even be made (especially since both 1 and 2 were financial failures).
