In Orange is the New Black, I keep thinking of a young Jessica Lange. Only in that show though. All other pics of her that I have seen don't seem to apply.

This is exactly what I thought! A mixture of Jessica Lange and Alison Lohman. Lohman just happened to play the younger Lange in Big Fish.

She resembles Jessica Lange in The Lucky One, also.
