Her nose looks horrible. It didn't look like that before. I remember seeing her for the first time in Twilight and her nose was cute. Now she had some kind of plastic surgery and it's ugly. It looks odd, sharp and unnatural. Sometimes people just need to leave themselves alone.

Her weight fluctuates depending on what she's doing with her career at the time. She was thinner while modeling for dkny and now she's toned up a bit again.
She's not "too skinny" right now, she's perfectly healthy looking.

Her plastic surgery was over the top. That's a Michael Jackson nose. Not good.

Are very far from the same thing. Some people simply have unique features, hardly a bad thing, and it hardly means they were surgically altered.
