He does, but he is a good actor, great in the roles of the guy you want to punch.

If I were just to see him in a bar without hearing him I might agree with you. But then you hear him talk and some of the funniest $#!+ spews from his mouth. He instantly upgrades to un-punchable after that.

I agree. His acting is the kind of *beep* that makes you want to run him over with a car. This guy is annoying in New Girl, he has no range, plays the same miserable moron in every show or movie. How the hell do people give this talentless guy credit?
