African Mexican?

What is her exact nationality and race/ethnicity? She was born and seems to be raised in Mexico, but she is clearly of African heritage. She's not what most people would think of as a "Mexican girl" or "Latina", but both descriptions would technically be correct, as would African.

Her nationality (dual, btw) is Kenyan and Mexican. By heritage/nationality, she is from the Luo tribe in Kenya.

She was born in Mexico but when back to learn Spanish.

It's ok to like more than one actor. :))
