shareYou have to take into account that Alicia has been acting for a lot longer than Lupita. So regardless of the oscar she still technically has more screen experience.
It's a tough industry.
Undoubtedly, Hollywood is a tough industry for minorities, particularly for African-Americans, Hispanics & Latinos, and Asians. The American film and television industries have yet to correctly represent our amazingly plurality of ethnic demographics; the majority of productioms tend to underrepresent, while a small minority will overrepresent. Moreover, Hollywood has an apparent lack of appreciation for dark complexioned peoples of African descent. Instead, preferring the Halle Berry skin colour tone.
Regarding Lupita, as an African-American, I do not believe racism nor discrimination are salient. Nor, am I suggesting that you are surmising a racial variable with your thesis. Currently, it may very well be attributable to the variable of occupational experience, or its dearth. One would need to compare Alicia's and Lupita's relative time in the industry and performances in order to produce a fairly accurate conclusion.
Nevertheless, both are fantastic at their crafts, beautiful, and sexy. I've seen both without their respective make-up applications, and in my estimation-Lupita has a more naturally and authentic attractiveness in the face. Both possess small breasts, but I believe Alicia's are somewhat larger. However, Lupita has a nicely sizable buttocks that is palmable. Whereas, Alicia's is very small, nearly flat and indistinguishable from her lower back.
I have a keen attraction with the female calf muscles; despite Lupita's dearth of muscular or definely shaped calf muscles, I still find her legs fairly appealing, particularly as they are firmly present, as oppose to being thin.
Conversely, Alicia has the perfect legs, accentuated with ballerina calf muscles: very defined and shapely-you can literally palm them in your hands.
As previously stated, both are phenomenal actresses and I hope to see both of their careers appropriately advance accordingly.
White or not, Alicia is very talented and you are being a total ass. Hyping your favorite by insulting other superstars is the lamest thing to Do.
shareI agree. I find some of Lupita's fans to be so unpleasant because they constantly attack other popular actresses as if those actresses control racist Hollywood. The people to get mad at aren't Vikander and Lawrence, the people to get mad at are the studio heads who continue to live in the 1950's.
I like multiple actresses and I don't blame those actresses for racist studio head's decisions. Would I love to see Gugu and Lupita get better roles? Of course I would but I'm not going to whine about Vikander's success just to prop anyone else up. Furthermore, Vikander is a very talented actress. Say whatever you want about her being "Harvey's girl" and wanting to be a huge star all you want but the girl can act. It is frustrating when poor actresses like Fox and Alba get a lot of attention for 15 minutes but Vikander is the real deal.
Vikandar isn't talented. Just a doll propped into supporting parts in big movies

It's ok to like more than one actor. :))
