Not only she brilliantly pulls of being completely androgynous, even boyish character; but she is actually creepily reminiscent of her famous grandad in it.
She is truly chameleon and it would be a shame if she quits acting.
If you want to talk about her acting ability check out one scene in "Dixieland" towards the end with Larry Pretty, the club owner. She shows a wide range of emotions/reactions that is by far the most unique I've ever seen. The film itself isn't that great but that one scene where Riley really shows off her acting chops...priceless!!!

I had never heard of her before Girlfriend Experience but was extremely impressed by her acting. She does an amazing job just with her eyes, voice and mannerisms to portray a complex character who is usually saying one thing while thinking something very different. IMHO, she is best at scenes requiring subtlety. Any actor can sell a scene when they get to be angry and yell. But Keough completely sells a quiet scene when you can learn more from her eyes than from the words she's saying. I haven't seen many actors who can be so convincing in those kinds of scenes.

Agreed. I just started watching some of the GF Experience and I really like her in that, for some of the reasons you mention.
