I thought she was very pretty as a teen, but in her 20s she just got awkward.
I wouldn't say awkward, but I do agree that - like many attractive women - she was prettier as a teen. Brooke Shields is my favorite example of this. Like Riley Keough, Brooke Shields is an unquestionably beautiful woman; but the fact remains that she became progressively less attractive after the age of ~16. What happens sometimes is that their strong features, which were balanced beautifully by the softness of their youth, begin to harden and masculinize slightly.
It's interesting that you cite Kristen Stewart, as both she and Keough are a bit "chinny" for my tastes. This is one reason that I prefer soft, rounded, feminine features like those of Juno Temple (as a fairly extreme example). They remain very feminine even as they age and I find the longer I look the more I find to like. I find the opposite is true with more chiseled (albeit striking) faces like Olivia Wilde's. A balanced face I find especially beautiful is Mia Wasikowska's. This is all splitting hairs as these are all very beautiful women. To me a beautiful face is like great art; I enjoy the examination and I have my preferences but they're all masterpieces in their own right.
But all this is a lot more information than you requested, so to answer your question: Yes, I think she's pretty.
