Does anybody else think she is a monotone?
Sorry if it's been announced or confirmed that she is..but it sure does sound like it!!
I've only seen her on Secret Life and I know what you mean. I think she does it for the part though. I seems like a good thing to bring to the character.
shareI get the impression is she acting like that on purpose. I am (unfortunately) watching a couple of these episodes because nothing else is on for another hour. In the current episode, you can hear her go into a normal voice and then back into this weird voice.
i definitely think that her voice is put that way because of her role as "cynical" ashley. ya know?
i think she has pretty good comedic timing and she's a pretty decent actress. i mean this is also her first BIG role and she is only fifteen, so give her time :)
