You're crazy... I think she's *beep* sexy here, and in the most respected way possible. She doesn't come off as a try-hard, she comes off as confident, sophisticated, alluring and a mysterious woman. If I had a daughter and she became an independent adult, I'd want her to be as well respected as she is.
Clearly you're forgetting she's an actress, actresses are suppose to have a variety of styles and shots to showcase themselves as potentially other characters.
