Salmon Fishing in the Yemen would be the film he's got the most substantial role in. Lost in Austen is a mini-series which has his most substantial (and best, IMHO) roles other than Sleepy Hollow - he's Mr. Bingley! Short films that are available that he's in are The Continuing and Lamentable Saga of the Suicide Brothers (with Rupert Friend & Keira Knightley) and Steve (with Keira again and Colin Firth) and Out There. He's got a smaller role in Parade's End, also a mini-series. The others that I would recommend are episodes of Inspector Lewis (Allegory of Love) and Poirot (The Third Girl) and Secret Diary of a Call Girl (episode 1.01).

That should get you started!

he's great in LOST IN AUSTEN and fairly unrecognizable , that's a pretty impressive acting trait

Lost in Austen was available, in full, (more than two hours) on YouTube. I watched it a few days ago, but sometimes things just disappear.... Hope it is still there for anyone looking for it.
