Fantastic actress

She really is and she's going to be a star very soon. She seems to be doing a lot of UK projects right now but I think the Americans are going to go wild for her. Andrea playing opposite Tom Hardy- a screen match made in heaven. It's only a matter of time...

i saw her on stage in 'a brief history of helen of troy' in 2005, before i knew who she was, and she was absolutely fantastic. since then, i've seen most of her tv and film work, and the more i see her the more amazing i think she is. easily the best actress of her generation.

i think what i find most amazing about her is her skill as a comedy actress, because there aren't many of those around. there are comedians who try to act, and actors who try to be funny, but andrea is that rare gem - a genuinely talented actress who can play comedy. of course she's a great dramatic actress, too.

i would love to see her and ben whishaw work together...preferably starring in the play i just wrote, for which they would be absolutely perfect. ah, to dream!

I saw The Pride back in March, with Andrea and Ben Whishaw and Hugh Dancy, and I was absolutely blown away by her. And Ben. Hugh, on the other hand, was merely very, very good - which means he would have been the highlight with just about any other co-stars.

I would be overjoyed if it turned out that the original cast of that play was being brought back for a film version. I really can't think of a more emotionally affecting theater experience that I've had.

It's really weird. She's been in so much (and has W.E. soon) and is a very good, adaptable actor. And yet I've never seen her mentioned/interviewed pn TV or in the papers. She seems to be incredibly ignored. Not that it relly matters-just thought it was interesting :)

She's gorgeous and a top notch actor. Love the British style!
