She is the best type of actor out there: the kind who is not only capable of playing a wide array of characters, but also the kind who is somehow able to appear remarkably different in every role she has played. From Shadow Dancer and W.E. to Disconnect to Birdman to The Devil's Whore and Brighton Rock. So why isn't Hollywood taking more notice?

I know it's competitive and there are many other actresses out there, but I would've thought being in a Best Picture film would've given her the much needed exposure, but she appears to have no new film projects on the horizon. She is doing As You Like It on stage, though. I would watch that. And I would love to see her work with Mike Leigh again but in a more substantial role.

It's an ordinary high school day. Except that it's not.

Lol on the contrary she just seemingly can't catch a break. She made a few small movies lately, one of which is in postproduction hell (Hidden) and there's no sign that it will ever be released from there, another one - Silent Storm - will probably never be seen by anybody else, it was released on some c-grade festival last year and forgotten about since. Then she signed up for a big blockbuster reboot, and guess what, the studio goes under and the production is halted indefinitely.

Someone, get a good agent for Andrea please!! She's a gem and has to shine to all of a humanity.
