...she had mega dilated pupils. Watching it i thought for sure that she was gonna be an android-

Yeah, I noticed that too. The scenes weren't THAT dark for her pupils being so dilated, whereas Cruise's eyes where perfectly normal. Maybe she wore contacts and it must've been the director's choice to add an unnatural and artifical presence to her.

Maybe some sort of medication...?

Some things like amphetamine or anti-depressants can cause large pupils
