Glee cast shakeup?

Hey guys! Over at my blog, http://andrewjon.com We've been taking about the cast shakeups on "Glee"! What do you think... Is it fair that they dumped Chord in favour of Darren Criss and Harry Shum Jr? Kind of a blow since Chord is still on the "Glee" tour!

They did not dump Chord. Chord's status has not changed at all- he just was not promoted like Darren or Harry.

Chord left of his own accord (no pun intended), Harry Shum, Jr., has earned his place on Glee, as has Darren, and btw, all three are on the Glee tour.

Yes, I understood from other posts that Chord decided to leave the show altogether. Isn't that true?

Even though Chord is cute he's not charming and Harry hardly ever gets a storyline
