Klinefelter syndrome is a disease which changes the physical appearance of little boys.
Now, if we have people claiming they really are the gender they feel, these numbers become skewed. Furthermore, any future disease which may arise will be impossible to diagnose if people are claiming to be a different gender. The only way it would be possible to determine the factors if you do a DNA test, but trans people find biology transphobic.
