He doesn't look like his brother at all until he really smiles and has the same hair cut. But the shaggy hair and no smile I would say he reminds me of someone, but I couldn't tell you he was James' bro.

The middle brother Tom looks way more like James.
I think they look alike, but more importantly they sound alike. they also have the same smile and mannerisms
