Would have been a very good Maria Rambeau
Not that she would have had an opportunity to reprise the role in sequels but she would have been excellent as Maria and acting opposite Brie Larson. DeWanda is a bit more dynamic with a presence and range greater than LaShanna Lynch.
Maybe they will re-cast her as Monica Rambeau?
