She's never been a good performer. She's able to pull off a few good ones here and there, but overall, she's bad.

Can't have a "modern r'n'b" singer who actually upstages the production work and beats that have been built up around her, now can we? 

She has her backup singers, as well as her pre-recorded vocals for backup as well. She typically sings about 50% of a song during her live performances.

I honestly don't really care, I kind of like her macho attitude on stage, it's a bit refreshing from what I've seen with other pop singers. She's defiantly not someone that I would go see live, unless it was a free ticket.
