BBHMM

im not a fan of rihanna but its the only song of hers i like, though i think its a dig at beyonce in response tro beyonce's song bow down btches which i think was in reference to rihanna. lol. rihanna fell the fck off though- shes hosting singing competitions now lmaooo.

I tried to like it but it hasn't really grown on me. I think its a stupid song, which some might laugh at me since a lot of her songs are labeled as "stupid" songs. I do like her previous albums, but her new era has really turned me off. She went on to trash her previous songs by stating that they're not timeless and she wants to create artistic music that will be timeless. Then she pulls BBHMM, which I find neither timeless nor artistic. It reminds me exactly of when Britney Spears claimed that Britney Jean was her most personal album to date and then Work B comes out which is completely generic according to nearly every interview she's done in the past 5 years, is completely the opposite of her personality. She even went on to complain about how she was forced to be too sexy on her music video.

Rihanna's BBHMM would of had been taken better if she hadn't come up with her "I want to be an artist and not a pop singer" statements, then contradicting herself by releasing a generic souless song like BBHMM.

Now, had she made that statement and then released a song like Diamonds or Stay, then I think I would of had taken her a bit more serious.
