Yeah she is very pretty but I don't think it's fair that every time someone says she's beautiful they always have to bring up oh she's fat and therefore she's dying or has whatever. It doesn't matter if they feel that they are "just telling the truth" just let people compliment her if they want! And no I'm not talking about you but most of the others in this thread. But I'm guessing Kate's story arc about losing weight will also contribute to her doing it in real life.

Yeah, she has a pretty face, but she's massively fat. Joint problems, diabetes, and heart disease are just a few of the problems she'll suffer with, until she dies prematurely.
