Greek is far from a 'family' show. ABC Family hasn't been family oriented in a while. They play Cruel Intentions on this channel for goodness sakes! Greek contains drinking, underage drinking, sex, scandals, and the occasional fight. Getting caught for DUI is something that the character Cappie would do. So I highly doubt he will be written out of the show because of this. This is ABC Family not Disney Channel or Nickelodeon.
