Jamie Dornan to play Will Scarlett in Robin Hood: Origins

Dornan will play Will Scarlett, known as the member of the band of Merry Men who is the hot-headed wearer of fine clothes and best swordsman of the bunch. In this version, however, he is Marian’s husband, who will be none too happy when he learns that she loves the outlaw.

Bit odd i have to say, would make more sense if he was the evil but sexy Sheriff of Nottingham who has his eye on Maid Marian, but seems he is to play the unloved husband!

Oh, I'm glad to see a different side to Jamie. Hopefully, by the time Freed appears, Jamie can finally get busier than a cat covering up crap on a marble floor. He can load up different kinds of projects and hopefully one will stick. Maybe then people will begin to associate him with something other than Fifty.

Catch for me in this movie is Leonardo is the producer and Jamie foxx is in this movie too. Dornan definitely got this gig because of OUAT.

LOL Mya, Remember The Assassination of Richard Nixon and Live by Night looks amazing as well. My point is these people (Like Leo) will give Jamie good opportunities and variety of different roles. If Leo and Jamie foam some friendship which I am sure they will its good for Jamie. Jamie clearly don't have any support in USA as he got in Britain as now UK media clearly making headlines like Jamie is out of shade's shadow. Good for him he taken a step back in career and in life as well)by saying yes to FSOG. Well what done is done.

How so? Don't get me wrong, I'm not arguing it. I'm just not seeing the obvious connection that you see. So, can ya help a sista out?

Even though I don't have a built in sway meter that goes nuts every time Leo comes on screen, there's no denying Leo has keys that can unlock many doors. Jamie's in the position to make friends that can make or break his career. No pressure. Luckily for him, he's such a likable and friendly guy.

LOL Mya, You really knows what sort of friendship I was talking about? Hollywood is all about politics,game and power. Its realy matters if you know right people in this industry for making your career stable.

First off why is Leo singled out? There are four producers, plus if anybody has got Leo's attention its Robin Hood actor Taron Egerton, the director wanted him so much that he postpone filming till Taron finished Kingsman 2!
