why secretive about her birthday and age?

Neither here on IMDB or on Wikipedia or anywhere else on the web at least where I have looked does it mention her birthday or age. Why is she so secretive about her age? Lots of actresses older than her have their birthdays mentioned in their biographies. Why not her?
