shareJust saw this episode a few days ago and, like you, I was wincing in anticipation of a mangled, ghastly excuse of an Aussie accent & wondering why they bothered to write the character as an Australian. It was a pleasure to hear her pleasant, natural and MILD accent - it seemed too good to be anything other than naturally aquired.
I'd only seen her before in the US version of Being Human and assumed she was American. After hearing her Australian accent I had to come here to check her history.
