Russophobic
Imagine if some conservative anchor talked with the same rhetoric about Mexico the way Maddow talks about Russia. He would be labelled racist in a nanosecond. But since Russians are White it's OK to spread unsubstantiated conspiracy theories about them and to blame them for all the problems of America.
