Not just HOT ladies. I mean his actual cigarette smoking grody habit? I have to say. He would be hotter if he didn't smoke. Does he smoke a lot? Grrr...still love him.

And, yes it does matter (to those of us who care). Actor or not, you're increasing your chances of cancer and increasing the chance of someone else getting cancer through 2nd and 3rd hand smoke.

Normalcy is not always a positive thing. I am not arguing that smoking is okay. However, Xavier is an adult and I am sure he knows the dangers of smoking. Yes, it is sad that such a talented actor is not taking better care of himself but it is what it is.
