i don't know if that's it, but there's something about her that makes me think of the (actress who played the) chuck character on pushing daisies, you can't go for the original actress voice cause she is from northern england and has a thick accent so she sounds different...

i'm not sure that's it though.... with me is not just the voice, there's something about her that reminds me of someone else, and i can't tell what/who it is...

For me she sounds (and in some shots-looks)a little like Rose Mcgowan
