No. I thought the exact same thing. It has been driving me nuts! I was watching Haven and I kept thinking 'she looks like someone....' and I finally realized she looks like Lennox from M&J

She actually reminds me of a blonde version of Miley Cyrus... or maybe it's just the way she talks on Melissa and Joey that reminds of Miley's voice.
