A recent term created for TV and spread by the Interwebs.
The first use of this phrase is believed to be from the popular show Futurama in the episode When Aliens Attack on November 7, 1999.

If he were a zombie, he'd be saying "Brains! Brains!" He was more articulate in the Bible. Ergo, he's not a zombie
